ICS-K is presently operating a comprehensive program from a pre-school through secondary, currently up to IGCSE level with plans in place to start IB  and A'levels soon. Instruction is in English, though the does admit limited students whose first/official language is not English.

Children in the pre-school learn through playing and interacting with other children. By the time children are five, most know their alphabet, colors, numbers, nursery rhymes and songs. Those who are ready, begin to read and do simple sums. Through a variety of activities and thematic approaches, children learn reading, math, English, science, social studies, music, art and physical education. Computer, French are also taught, Classroom size is limited to 25 students.

Since September 2004, ICS-K has adopted the key stage system used in British schools (reception, key stages 1,2,3). The curriculum is further enriched by the International Primary Curriculum and the Early Years program from IPC. The IPC is a new program that is currently gaining popularity around the world. ICS-K is the only school in Ghana to use this curriculum. IPC is based on current brain research on how children learn. It is perhaps the best curriculum in the market as far as creating international mindedness among students in an international school setting. For the Middle and Secondary School, ICS-K is running the following programs:

Grades 7-8.
School based pre-IGCSE with check points validated by the Cambridge University Examination Centre.

Grades 9-10.
Cambridge University IGCSE

Grades 11-12.

Extra-Curricular Information

Currently the school runs extra-curricular activities such as:
